What services can Dalriada Trustees provide?

Following consultation with the employer and existing trustees, a dedicated Dalriada representative with appropriate skills and experience will be carefully selected. This representative will be appointed to attend trustee meetings and to act on behalf of Dalriada.

Dalriada will undertake all the duties of a trustee as stipulated in the pension scheme trust deed and rules and in legislation, and will work alongside other trustees or can act as a sole trustee.

Dalriada can also act as the Independent Trustee appointed by the Pensions Regulator.
