Katie Cooke

Katie Cooke is a Pensions Manager at Dalriada, bringing over 24 years of experience in the pensions industry and a deep understanding of both trustee and corporate perspectives. She is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute (FPMI).

Katie joined Dalriada in June 2025, following her role as Pensions Manager and Scheme Secretary for a £1bn+ scheme. Prior to that, she spent eight years in the in-house pensions team of a major UK plc, where she supported trustee boards across five schemes of varying size and structure, while also advising the corporate sponsor on pension policy.

Her experience spans a wide range of complex projects, including buy-in and buy-out transactions, administrator transitions, and both DB and DC bulk transfers. Katie has also led participation in public sector pension arrangements, benefit harmonisation initiatives, and the introduction of governance frameworks. She has worked extensively with multi-employer, multi-section schemes and is skilled in implementing revised ways of working to improve efficiency and compliance.

At Dalriada, Katie applies her practical expertise and collaborative approach to support schemes through strategic change and day-to-day governance.
