Kelly Ward

Kelly is a Client Manager at Dalriada, based in the Manchester office, bringing over eight years of commercial experience in covenant advisory and pensions audit. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Kelly joined Dalriada in 2024 from a global accountancy firm, having worked exclusively with pension schemes and their sponsoring employers for more than seven years.

She has advised schemes of varying sizes and across a range of sectors, with particular experience in apportionment arrangements, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, and refinancings. Kelly is known for her collaborative approach, building strong and lasting relationships with trustees, employers, and advisers based on openness, trust, and constructive dialogue—even when navigating complex or sensitive issues.

Kelly holds a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Physiology, a subject she remains passionate about. She brings a strong analytical mindset to her role and is committed to delivering a first-rate service to Dalriada’s clients.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys staying active—fitting in time for the gym and playing sport around family life. She especially enjoys spending time with her daughter and supporting her many clubs and activities.
