Leandros Begias

Leandros joined Dalriada in February 2026 as part of the actuarial team, supporting the delivery of actuarial services to trustee clients and the ongoing development of Dalriada.Together.

Before joining Dalriada, Leandros worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Mercer, where he gained experience across pensions consulting, workplace benefits, bulk annuities and actuarial modelling. His varied background has equipped him with strong analytical skills and a practical understanding of the challenges facing pension schemes and trustees.

Leandros is passionate about using data and technology to solve complex problems and enjoys collaborating with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes for clients and scheme members.

Away from work, he enjoys travelling, following developments in technology and finance, and spending time with family and friends.
