Luca Hartley

Luca joined Dalriada in September 2025, bringing with him a background in Business Analytics and experience across financial services, media, and professional services. During his time he developed strong analytical, organisational, and client-facing skills, which now underpin his work at Dalriada.

In addition to his professional experience, Luca has shown entrepreneurial flair and creativity through content creation and digital marketing. He combines a detail-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and supporting colleagues across a wide range of projects.

Outside of work Luca enjoys an active lifestyle, trying new recipes in the kitchen and attempting, with much struggle, to learn Spanish.
