Lucy Faulkner

Lucy  joined Dalriada in September 2025 as a Graduate, bringing with her a diverse academic and professional background. She holds an undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and a Master’s in Fashion Brand Management, a combination that has equipped her with both strong analytical skills and creative thinking—qualities she now applies to her role at Dalriada.

Before joining, Lucy gained two years of experience in the buying industry, where she developed her written communication, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure. These skills have provided her with a solid foundation for navigating the challenges of the pensions sector and supporting colleagues in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Outside of work, Lucy is passionate about the outdoors. She enjoys hiking and travelling in her self-converted camper van, making the most of opportunities to explore new places.
