Lucy Smith

 

 

Lucy is an Assistant Pensions Manager within Dalriada’s Pension Management Team, bringing a strong background in pension scheme governance and secretarial support since entering the industry in 2020.

 

She began her career in Pensions Administration, specialising in Defined Benefit transfers, and progressed from Trainee to Senior Administrator. In her most recent role, Lucy provided governance, scheme management, and secretarial services to a range of pension schemes. Lucy has experience working closely with senior colleagues and scheme advisers, managing meeting packs, processing invoices, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of her schemes.

 

She supports Trustees across several UK pension schemes, coordinating and attending meetings, drafting high-quality minutes, and assisting with discretionary cases. Known for her strong written and verbal communication skills, Lucy is committed to continuous learning and professional development. She has completed the Trustee Toolkit with distinction in every module and plans to pursue further qualifications to advance her career. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, dining out, and exploring her interests in cooking, nutrition, fitness, and Pilates.
