Mike currently works as a Professional Trustee supporting the firm with new appointments and on-going trustee appointments made by the Pensions Regulator as well as providing trustee support to a number of pension schemes. Mike is actively involved across the business in providing legal input and support as part of his role.
With over 30 years’ pension scheme experience Mike has particular expertise in technical and legal areas and before joining Dalriada at the start of 2015 Mike was a senior manager in the legal team of a major pension provider. He also acted as Secretary to the Trustees of a large PLC’s Defined Benefit Scheme.
Mike also contributes blogs, articles and provides comments to the press on topical pensions matters.
Mike is a member of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.
Mike is a keen collector of guitars and golf clubs and claims to be proficient in using both.
