Robyn Kilcullen

Robyn joined Dalriada in November 2025 and has over 13 years experience in the pensions industry.

She began her pensions career in the administration business before quickly moving in to a consultancy role, where she worked as part of the Scheme Secretarial and Governance team. Robyn has a strong DB background and has worked across a range of schemes varying in size. Robyn holds a B.A. (Hons) degree in Finance, Investment and Risk and has completed the Retirement Provision Certificate, as well as other modules under the PMI exam structure.

She is keen to expand her technical knowledge further by continuing with the PMI exams. Outside of work, Robyn enjoys long walks with her two very energetic Labradors, socialising with friends and (trying) to keep fit.
