Rosy brings senior leadership experience in the UK workplace pensions market, leveraging her deep understanding of Master Trust and contract-based schemes through strong governance, strategic oversight, and member centric transformations.

Her career spans in leadership roles at Fidelity international, Aviva and Legal & General, where she has consistently delivered strategic transformation, proposition development and operational excellence across pension schemes with assets exceeding £40bn and memberships in the millions.
