Russell Dougherty

Russell is a Senior Pensions Manager in the Pension Management team at Dalriada, joining the team in May 2026.  

He has been working in pension for over 20 years. Prior to joining Dalriada, Russell started his career in admin JLT and progressed into the consultancy team, before joining the electricity industry, as a Pensions & Benefits Manager, including working on the industry wide ESPS scheme at Northern Powergrid, where he was for the last 12 years.
