Zahrah Docrat

Zahrah joins as a Pensions Manager at Dalriada. She has over 14 years of experience in the pensions industry.

Before joining Dalriada, Zahrah held various roles in the industry. She began her pensions career working with the Auto-Enrolment Team and Pensions Service Centre in a member-facing role. Zahrah then spent the years that followed delivering improved governance and secretarial services, as well as managing various projects of a time-critical nature.

Zahrah has a strong DB background and has worked across a range of schemes varying in size. She understands the importance of stakeholder relationships and collaboration and has built and maintained effective relationships with clients and key contacts based on trust.

She holds a First-Class Masters Degree in Forensics and is highly diligent, analytical and organised. Zahrah takes a proactive and solutions focussed approach to solve issues and overcome any challenges faced.

Zahrah has completed the Retirement Provision Certificate and is keen to expand her technical knowledge further.

Outside of work, Zahrah enjoys running, going to the gym and spending quality time with her family and friends.
