Kannen Singelee

Kannen Singelee is the Head of Talent Acquisition for Spence.

Over the last 10 years, Kannen has held many talent acquisition roles. Prior to joining Spence he was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at NTT DATA UK&I, where he engaged stakeholders at various levels, provided insights based on data-driven research, and managed corporate hiring resources. Previously, at Auxillium, he directed recruitment operations globally, showcasing strong stakeholder management skills.

Kannen’s expertise extends to roles where he honed his skills in direct sourcing, screening, and onboarding IT resources for global brands.

His diverse experiences have equipped him with talent acquisition expertise, HR operations knowledge, and stakeholder management skills. Kannen looks forward to contributing to the success of Spence and the 3173 Group.

Outside of work, he enjoys early morning gym sessions and participating in the Burren Men’s Shed.
