Louise Campbell

Louise is a Professional Trustee and a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, with over twenty five years’ experience working in the pensions industry. Louise works closely with trustee boards and employers liaising effectively both internally and with external clients in order to deliver on agreed timelines, whilst also focusing on the need to develop strong client working relationships.

Louise is Accredited as a Professional Trustee by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.

Louise’s experience within pensions management, corporate trustee company secretariat and consultancy working with both large Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes assists greatly in her role as a consultant. She has led the successful delivery of large projects, scheme communications and scheme change initiatives and strongly believes that good governance is the main building block to successful scheme and member outcomes.

Louise started her career in the pensions industry in 1989. She worked in pensions administration within three major benefits consultancies until 1999 working across a portfolio of Defined Benefit & Defined Contribution schemes. She then took on the role of Pension Scheme Manager and Company Secretary to Corporate Trustee Boards of large Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Schemes, moving then into Consultancy in 2016.

Outside work, Louise enjoys spending time with her two children. She also regularly attends Zumba and Yoga classes and leads a monthly meditation class.
