Matthew Leathem

Matthew Leathem is an actuary with almost 10 years of experience in the pension industry. During his time at Dalriada he has mainly focussed on supporting pension schemes who have signed up to our “A Better Way” service from actuarial and investment perspectives. This includes carrying out detailed testing for scheme installations onto Mantle and setting up modules to track funding on a daily basis.

Matthew is currently a member of our Investment Subcommittee and as part of his role is developing our approach to managing pension schemes’ investments. Matthew was driven to this role as he has a strong interest in the technical aspects of the actuarial career and enjoys developing solutions to help our Trustees effectively manage their pension schemes, examples of this include his involvement in the development of stress testing and stochastic asset liability modelling tools for risk management.
