Sean Richmond

Sean Richmond joined Dalriada in June 2022 and brings a decade of experience in the pensions industry, including six years as a Professional Trustee. He is fully APPT accredited and acts as client lead on several sole trustee appointments, as well as chair on a number of co-trustee boards.

Sean works primarily with schemes under £100m and has extensive experience supporting clients through risk transfer projects, alongside ongoing scheme governance and strategy. His earlier career was spent with large employee benefit consultancies, where he held a variety of roles that now provide a strong technical foundation for his work as a trustee.

Away from the office, Sean’s world revolves around his young family. With a three‑year‑old son, a one‑year‑old daughter and a steady stream of home projects, life is rarely quiet. When he does find time for himself, he can usually be found on the golf course, and is looking forward to the day he can combine his two passions and spend full weekends golfing with his children.
