Zoe Monahan

Zoe Monahan is the People & Culture Generalist at Dalriada and is responsible for leading the development of a talent attraction plan and building our employer brand. She is actively involved in the employee induction process, supports the People & Culture team on People & Culture projects and provides advice on employee relations processes. Zoe is a member of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Committee.

Before joining in 2020 Zoe worked across many organisations in the IT, FMCG and public sectors in HR Generalist roles, focusing on employee relations, leadership development, assessment and recruitment.
