Dalriada awarded high level audit standard for good practice

4th April, 2014

  • Independent trustee firm, Dalriada Trustees Limited has secured AAF 02/07 accreditation, a compliance standard that provides a high level of assurance within the pensions industry over company policies and procedures.

Dalriada becomes one of the few trustee companies within the UK to meet the requirements for the accreditation provided by the Audit and Assurance faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). The audited ICAEW report outlining Dalriada’s compliance of AAF 02/07 highlighted the development of good practice by trustees working for occupational pension schemes and the high standards in terms of design, implementation and operation of the accounting and administrative procedures set by the business.

Brian Spence, CEO of Dalriada said:  “By implementing AAF 02/07 standards within our business and achieving an excellent audit result we have outlined our commitment to our staff, clients and the pension scheme members under our care.

“As one of the few firms in the market place to meet this standard, it further underlines Dalriada’s approach to being a highest quality service-provider that is trusted by its many stakeholders.”
