Sara Fisher

Sara is an Accredited Professional Trustee at Dalriada who joined us in July 2019.

Sara’s key strengths lie in the collaborative, solutions driven way that she  works and in her ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

Sara has 14 years’ experience in the pensions industry and began her career as a pensions lawyer in private practice. In 2010 Sara moved into trusteeship and joined a leading independent trustee company to provide professional trustee services (including sole trustee, scheme secretarial, project management and governance support) to a range of trustee boards.

Sara has a wide knowledge of the general issues affecting trustees and sponsoring employers and has been involved in all aspects of occupational pension schemes from buying out schemes’ liabilities to setting up a new DC trust based arrangement.

Sara is Accredited as a Professional Trustee by the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.

Sara’s experience includes advising trustees on key strategy and long term planning, leading co-trustees through adviser selection exercises, reviewing governance structures, implementing risk management frameworks and  guiding trustees through funding negotiations.
